– Conduct an Access Design Review with the Architect at Sketch Plan and Development Application Stage and Advise Accordingly.

– Analysis Design Documents in accordance with the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA), Premise Standards (PS) and the Building Code of
9x9spacerAustralia (BCA) as well as relevant Australian Standards (AS)

– Review council’s Development Control Plan (DCP) and Local Environmental Plan (LEP) as well as relevant council access documents.

– Prepare an Access Report for Development Application submission to council.
